MUSICLINE CHOICE provides you with fully licensed access to familiar Original Artist music to create high quality and effective on hold programming for your business telephone system. There are three MUSICLINE CHOICE services each designed to offer you the maximum choice and flexibility for your application.

Music Channels

Our experienced music programmers issue new Original Artist music titles every month through the on-line MUSICLINE Subscriber Centre so that you can audition and select music whenever it suits you. These are published in 6 MUSIC CHANNELS each with a distinctive music character that allows you to match your programming to your on-hold audience or produce the right telephone image for your brand.

You can order as many music titles as you need to compile your next on-hold programme. You may prefer to visit frequently and choose a few of the latest music titles or select enough music for several months in one visit. The choice is yours.

Ordering online in the Subscriber Centre is as simple as clicking ‘Add To Tracklist’ as you audition each music title. Your order is then confirmed by email, and your programme is compiled and despatched to the licensed locations. If you don’t feel the need to audition and choose individual music titles a single click on Programmer’s Choice will provide you with all 12 titles in that programme.

Music Request

If you’d prefer to choose specific and distinctive Original Artist music titles for your on-hold programming then we recommend that you use our MUSIC REQUEST service. Over 95% of all Original Artist music is licensed for commercial use and we are confident that we can provide the ideal custom music programming for your organisation.

MUSIC REQUEST provides regularly updated Original Artist programmes targeted specifically to your caller profiles by using artists & titles which are familiar to them but perhaps do not appear in the main MUSIC CHANNELS that are designed for a wider appeal.

MUSIC REQUEST offers you the ability to feature almost any Original Artist in your on-hold programing to compliment or support other media activities. Simply contact your Account Manager with details of the tracks that you wish to use and we will confirm all copyright and availability issues for you.

Music Search

If you have a theme or style of Original Artist music that you wish to use for your on-hold programming but have not yet identified individual titles then Music Search is an option that commissions us to do the research for you. Using a database of over 1 million licensed sound recordings currently on general release in the U.K. we can help you identify the right music titles for your on-hold facility.

Ultimate On-Hold Programming

For the ultimate in customised on-hold programming why not introduce your callers to your very own branded media channel. Play both Original Artist music tracks and promotional voice segments in programmes made specifically for your organisation. By combining the MUSICLINE CHOICE service with MUSICLINE Talk you can entertain your callers with high quality Original Artist music and deliver marketing messages during this valuable call waiting time.
