Choice & Flexibility

MUSICLINE Choice provides you with familiar Original Artist music to create high quality, effective on hold programming. Our experienced music programmers issue new titles every month in the on-line Subscriber Centre so that you can audition music whenever it suits you. Here you can order as many titles as you need for your next on-hold music programme. You may prefer to visit frequently and choose a few of the latest CHARTS titles or select enough music for several months in one visit. The choice is yours.

Music Channels

There are six Original Artist Music Channels each with its own music style. This means that you can quickly and easily identify a style of music, much like selecting a radio station, that reflects your telephone image or best suits your caller profile.

Online Ordering

You can place your order online in the Subscriber Centre simply by clicking ‘Add To Tracklist’ as you audition each music title. Your order will be sent to us automatically for compilation. You will receive an email confirming your selection and despatch details

Programmer’s Choice

If you don’t feel the need to audition and choose specific titles from the Subscriber Centre, a single click on Programmer’s Choice will provide you with all 12 titles in that programme.

Music Request

Alternatively, what if you could focus your music programming to target a specific on-hold audience by using particular Original Artist music titles, artists or styles, perhaps even ones that do not appear in the Music Channels? Well now you can. Music Request offers you the ability to feature almost any Original Artist title in your on-hold programing to compliment or support other media activities. Simply contact your Account Manager with details of the tracks that you wish to use and we will confirm all copyright and availablity issues for you.

Music Search

If you have a theme or style of Original Artist music that you wish to use for your on-hold programming but have not yet identified individual titles then Music Search is an option that commissions us to do the research for you. Using a database of over 500,000 licensed sound recordings currently on general release in the U.K. we can help you identify the right music titles for your on-hold facility.

Media Mix

For the ultimate in customised on-hold programming why not introduce your callers to your very own branded media channel playing both Original Artist music tracks and promotional voice segments made specifically for your organisation. By combining MUSICLINE Choice with MUSICLINE Talk you can entertain your callers with high quality Original Artist music and deliver marketing messages during this valuable call waiting time.

Using professional voices, scripts and music backgrounds that match your product branding, or existing TV, radio or internet soundtracks, studio produced promotional segments are interlinked with Original Artist music programming to produce a ‘radio’ style presentation dedicated exclusively to your brand.

While the annual Choice subscription fee remains the same, there is an additional production charge for each Choice Plus and Choice FM programme.
