Equipment Rental Service
When a problem arises you can phone the MUSICLINE Contact Centre where you’ll find help and support from staff experienced in using your particular on-hold equipment. Many problems are quickly resolved on the phone. If there is a problem with your equipment we’ll immediately despatch a replacement unit for next day delivery and arrange for the failed unit to be collected from your premises. No waiting for assessments, reports and repairs, your music-on-hold should be back up and running within 24 hours.
Rental Charges
We now offer all four music on hold platforms for rental at £3.60 per week. That’s equivalent to only 0.06 pence per line for a typical 60 line telephone system..
