Low Cost Music
If you’re working within a limited budget but still want a regularly updated music service for your callers then MUSICLINE Themes offers an easy to use, reduced cost alternative to Original Artist music. MUSICLINE Themes has a fixed subscription and requires fewer performance licences,* which can greatly reduce the cost of providing your callers with a regularly updated
music-on-hold service.
Music Themes
MUSICLINE Themes is arranged into 6 Music Channels each with its own distinctive style. You can choose a theme that best suits your  company and product image or one that will be most appropriate for your caller profile. Updating the music couldn’t be simpler. Once you’ve chosen your Music Channel you will automatically receive a new programme every quarter on the format of your choice, ensuring frequent callers hear something different on-hold programme each time they call.

Public Performance Licences
Themes Music Channels 1, 2, 3 & 6 require a public performance licence from the Performing Rights Society. This licence is based upon the number of telephone lines with access to the music service.
